1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Mirai Institute Nepal ("we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms apply to all Japan study and work consultancy services provided to Nepalese students and professionals, including but not limited to:

• Japanese language training programs
• University and language school admissions assistance
• Visa application processing and documentation
• Career counseling and job placement services
• Pre-departure orientation and settlement support

2. Services Provided

Mirai Institute Nepal provides the following Japan study and work consultancy services:

• Consultation Services: Free initial consultation to assess eligibility and provide guidance for Japan opportunities
• Language Training: Japanese language courses from N5 to N2 level with qualified instructors
• Admission Assistance: Complete support for applications to Japanese educational institutions
• Visa Processing: Documentation preparation, application submission, and follow-up with authorities
• Pre-departure Support: Cultural orientation, accommodation arrangement, and travel preparation
• Settlement Assistance: Airport pickup, registration procedures, and initial support in Japan
• Career Services: Resume preparation, interview coaching, and job placement assistance

Note: While we provide comprehensive support, final admission and visa decisions rest with respective Japanese institutions and immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Mirai Institute Nepal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all applications and documents
• Submit required documents within specified timelines
• Attend all scheduled classes, counseling sessions, and interviews
• Pay all fees as per the agreed payment schedule
• Cooperate with our team throughout the process
• Maintain academic and behavioral standards required by Japanese institutions
• Comply with Japanese laws and regulations during your stay
• Inform us immediately of any changes in your circumstances

Important: Providing false information may result in termination of services and legal consequences.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Service Fees

Our fees are clearly communicated during the initial consultation and include:

• Consultation and counseling fees
• Documentation and application processing fees
• Language training program fees (if applicable)
• Visa processing and embassy coordination fees

4.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR)
• Payment schedules will be provided before service commencement
• Late payments may result in service delays or termination
• All payments should be made through official channels only
• Receipts will be provided for all payments

4.3 Additional Costs

Clients are responsible for additional costs including but not limited to:

• Japanese institution application fees
• Visa application fees
• Medical examination costs
• Document translation and notarization fees
• Airfare and travel expenses
• Accommodation and living expenses in Japan

5. Visa & Admission Process

5.1 Admission Guarantees

While we provide comprehensive support and maintain a high success rate, we cannot guarantee:

• Admission to specific universities or programs
• Approval of visa applications
• Scholarship awards
• Job placements in Japan

5.2 Processing Time

• Standard processing time: 6-12 months from application to departure
• Timelines may vary based on individual circumstances and Japanese authority processing times
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or government authorities

5.3 Success Rate

Our current success rate for Nepalese students is 98%. However, final decisions rest with Japanese institutions and immigration authorities.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Client Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Before service commencement: 90% refund of paid fees
• Within 7 days of service commencement: 50% refund
• After 7 days of service commencement: No refund
• After document submission to institutions: No refund

6.2 Institute Cancellation

If services are terminated by Mirai Institute Nepal due to:

• Client providing false information
• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of terms and conditions
• Misconduct or unethical behavior

No refund will be provided, and the client may be liable for any costs incurred.

6.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government regulations or policy changes
• Political instability
• Pandemics or health emergencies

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client personal information and documents
• Application details and status
• Financial information
• Communication records

Information may be shared only with:

• Japanese educational institutions (for admission purposes)
• Immigration authorities (for visa processing)
• Service partners (under confidentiality agreements)
• When required by law

Clients also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our business processes and proprietary information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mirai Institute Nepal's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not responsible for decisions made by Japanese institutions or immigration authorities
• We are not liable for any loss or damage during travel or stay in Japan
• We are not responsible for academic performance or employment outcomes in Japan
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services
• We are not responsible for changes in Japanese laws, policies, or regulations

Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their stay in Japan.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by:

• Nepalese laws for service provision within Nepal
• Japanese laws for services related to Japan
• International conventions applicable to educational consultancy

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Mutual discussion and negotiation (preferred)
• Mediation through recognized educational bodies
• Legal proceedings in appropriate courts in Nepal
